04.11.2009 - It was a difficult birth until the REACH Chemical Directive saw the light of day. In the meantime the starting phase has been initiated, substantial steps have been induced, but new tasks are awaiting the participants. TH interviewed the Technical Director of the speciality lubricant manufacturer OKS, Dr. Markus Leirer, about experience had with the Directive up to now, the role of the technical trade in the process and the emerging perspectives.
