High Purity: Solutions for Sensitive Industries
In high-tech industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, optical analysis, or implant production, invisible residues often determine success or waste. This is where SurTec High Purity Cleaners start: They combine the highest cleaning performance with a well-designed chemical formulation that deliberately eliminates critical elements such as phosphorus or silicon – so-called HIOs (Hydrogen Induced Outgassing) that are problematic in vacuum processes.
SurTec’s modular cleaning system allows the flexible combination of surfactant and builder components and is ideal for complex material composites such as aluminum, stainless steel, copper or nickel-plated surfaces. Particularly in sensitive procedures such as extreme ultraviolet lithography or scanning electron microscopy, they contribute to process safety and analytical accuracy.
