Filip Krulis joined the Freudenberg Group in 1998 as Product Development Engineer at Corcos lndustriale, Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST). After different global management responsibilities within FST in ltaly, Germany and USA and due to his great effort and his successful management of the FST business in ltaly, he was promoted in 2014 to Senior Vice President of the Oil Seals Powertrain & Driveline division of FST. Mr. Krulis holds a Master degree in Aeronautical engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) from "Politecnico di Torino", ltaly.
Dr. Sebastian Weiß has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Board member of various Freudenberg companies since the early 2000 years. As a graduate in Business Management from University of Stuttgart Hohenheim, Dr. Weiß obtained a PHD from University of Zurich in 1999. He started his career in Management Consulting at Stern Stewart & Co. in Munich and joined Freudenberg & Co. as Senior Manger M&A in 2003. Afterwards Dr. Weiß became CFO, later CEO of the regional Management Team of EagleBurgmann in the Americas and became CFO and Board member of Freudenberg IT in 2011 and of EagleBurgmann in 2016. Since April 1st 2024 Dr. Weiß is CFO and Board Member of Freudenberg Chemical Specialities in Munich.
